We currently ship products using 2 shipping methods:
- EMS (trackable courier service). Products shipped by this postal service usually arrive within 5-9 days (maximum 14 days). Packages can be tracked by the tracking number that starts working within 4 business days after the parcel is shipped;
- Regular airmail service. Products shipped by this postal service usually arrive within 14-21 days (maximum 30 days). The packages sent by this postal service are not trackable.
Please note that if you order 100 pills or more, the order will be sent in several packages.
The shipping fees are determined by the delivery option you opt for, the destination, and the products you order. To determine the shipping fee, you should add the necessary items to the virtual shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
If your order does not arrive during the promised delivery time, we will reship the medication for free or offer you a full refund. We always do our best to solve problems (that occur very rarely) as quickly as possible.
In some cases, the order may be delayed at customs. If this happens, we will inform you. You will be asked to come and allow the customs officer to examine the parcel. After that, you should receive your parcel. If you have any problems with receiving your products, please inform us about it and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
You can pay for your order using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and e-checks. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you submit your order on the Checkout page and your order is checked by our processing center. As soon as you pay for your order, processing begins.
